A housefire is seen. A man is unable to speak because his tongue was cut out by a vicious man. There are multiple scenes of often lethal bloody violence involving personal combat and weapons. There are stylized fight scenes.  Domestic violence is a theme of the film.

Profanity: There are approximately five dozen profanities in the script.
