Violence: There are frequent scenes of bloody violence. There are scenes of physical combat. Firearms, axes, and other weapons are used. A police officer is shot and killed in front of his wife. People are decapitated and dismembered and mutilated. People sustain bloody, lethal injuries. The killer uses blood to write satanic symbols. Corpses are seen. There are scenes of self harm and suicidal behavior. There are scenes of extreme threat and peril.
Sexual Content: There is full frontal female nudity in a sex scene. There is also detailed female nudity in a non-sexual context.
Profanity: Approximately a dozen sexual expletives are in the script.
Drugs/Alcohol: Characters use cocaine and LSD.
